E-Books and Online Courses
Any content, material, or information made available to you through the Website for which a monetary fee is required (such as e-books or online courses (collectively, the “Purchased Content”)) will be made available to you once your payment has been authorized.
Your credit/debit card details are not handled by the Owner. All payment and credit card handling is through a Third Party.
Registration for Purchased Content
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration for the Purchased Content or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform the Owner immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that the Owner can communicate with you effectively.
Login Information
You must keep your login information confidential. You may not provide your login information to anyone else or authorize others to use your login information.
If you know or suspect that someone else has used your login information, you should notify the Owner immediately by contacting service@terralife.ca.
If the Owner has reason to believe that there has been a breach of security or misuse of the Website, the Owner may suspend your account.
Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds of Purchased Content are available within 30 days of payment. Refunds cannot be made for downloadable digital items such as, but not limited to, e-books.
Security/Confidentiality
Any information sent or received over the Internet is generally not secure. The Owner cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of any communication to or from the Website.
Refer to the Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose your information.
Modification to Website
The Owner reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you.
In the event that the Owner discontinues the Website or any part thereof, including the provision of the Purchased Content, you will have 30 days to download information from the Purchased Content.
The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Website and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement, shall survive the suspension or discontinuance of the Website. The Owner shall have no liability to you or any third party for any modifications, suspension or discontinuance of the Website or any part thereof.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement or any covenant contained herein shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or covenant contained herein and any such invalid provision or covenant shall be deemed severable from the rest of this Agreement.
Termination
The Owner may, in its sole discretion, cancel or terminate your access and use of the Website, or any part thereof, at any time.
The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Website and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement, shall survive termination of this Agreement. The Owner shall not be liable to any party for such termination.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including the Privacy Policy, forms the entire agreement between you and the Owner relating to your access and use of the Website.
